1.TKMD series and TKMS series closed fin press line are special production lines for fin production in the refrigeration industry, which are composed of closed high-speed precision press, decoiler, oil tank, pulling device (single and double progression), sucker, stacker, electrical system, pneumatic system and hydraulic system.
2. Frequency conversion control is adopted.
3.The main engine has the functions of hydraulic lifting and hydraulic overload.
4.Adopt quick fin die changing device.
5.Adopt human-machine interface and PLC and rotary encoder electrical centralized control system to ensure the reliable implementation of various functions of automatic production line.
